SmallHD 703 UltraBright
Tha Small HD 703 7″ Ultrabright monitor is, along with it’s smaller 5″ counterpart, the brightest available on-camera monitor currently available. With its 2200 cd/m² bright backlight, the Small HD 703, easily overcomes the difficulties of outdoor video monitoring. The 7″ 1920 x 1080 LCD gives an extremely a sharp image, ideal for focus pulling and image analysis on set and in the field, making it a firm favourite with 1st ACs in the industry. Another big advantage of the 703 is the use of it’s ultrabright panel for previewing HDR content, achieved by extending the display’s dynamic range to show a greater range of brightness in the image.
The Small HD 703 7″ monitor has a durable unibody aluminum exterior which allows the monitor to remain lightweight, while also acting as a heatsink for the internal electronics. The LCD panel itself is protected by a layer of optically-bonded Gorilla Glass, notable for its transparency and toughness. The optical bonding process ensures that blacks are not washed out and reduces the harshness of reflections.
The 703 has SDI and HDMI I/O on the side. With dual SDI ports, for either A/B viewing of two different SDI signals, or as a secondary output assigned to sending an SDI signal to another monitor or wireless accessory, you will have all your bases covered. All the functionality of the monitor is available via the PageBuilder OS, which provides advanced functionality with a simple and efficient graphical user interface.
In addition to LEMO power, V-Mount and Sony L-Series battery plates are provided with the kit.
