We are expanding our front desk team. We are looking for a Bookings Assistant to help with taking calls, kit & courier bookings, calendar management (excel & mac skills essential), provide customer support as well as cover general admin duties.
Filming equipment knowledge is essential, but please note that this is NOT a technical position and will not lead to time on set or on the warehouse tech floor. This is an admin-based role.
Ideally you will already have some Administrative experience. Previous experience in bookings or equipment rentals is desirable but not essential, however candidates with equipment knowledge will have an advantage. We are looking for self-starters and motivated individuals.

Hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
