Leica Summicron-C T2 Lenses [PL]

Shooting in 6k with the Red Dragon, Helium or Mini LF sensor? You’ll want these. Not shooting in 6k with those cameras? You’ll still want these Leica Summicron-C lenses.

Digital camera sensors are getting physically larger and the Summicron-C lenses are ready to perform. Each lens offers an image circle wider than 35mm in diameter, big enough to easily cover sensors from RED Helium 8K S35 and GEMINI 5K S35, Sony and ARRI Alexa LF 16:9 mode formats without performance loss in the corners or vignetting. The classic linear focus scale of the Summicron-C lenses is familiar to camera assistants around the world. Focus rolls in gently allowing for smooth pulls without the unpleasant sudden snap of sharpness.

The Summicron-C lenses are about 30% shorter and 20% lighter than the Summilux-C; lightweight and compact, lovely lenses. T2 across the range. Minimum aperture is T22 with a totally closed position. All PL mounts, 95mm front diameters. No need for repositioning of follow focus and gears. Our Leica Summicron kit is comprised of 18, 25, 35, 50, 75 and 100mm focal length lenses and are PL mounted.
