Bookings Co-ordinator:

Key Responsibilities:

You will help with taking calls, kit & courier bookings, calendar management (Excel & Mac skills essential), provide customer support as well as cover general admin duties. Please note: This is not a technical position and will not lead to time on set or on the warehouse tech floor. This is an admin-based role.

Key Experience:
Ideally you will already have previous working experience in a rental facility for a minimum of 1 year.


  • Candidates must have strong organisational skills, be able to prioritise tasks, and have excellent attention to detail
  • You are a fast learner and have an inquisitive attitude
  • You have an excellent phone manner and good communication skills
  • You are customer care oriented
  • Mac and PC literate
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Kitroom Technician:

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Kitroom Manager, you will assist our Kitroom team in prepping and managing  our camera, grip and lighting equipment. Your daily duties will include prepping jobs, de-rigging and checking kit, as well as managing stock, etc.

About You

We are looking for self-starters and motivated individuals with the following experience and skills:

Key Experience:

  • Camera knowledge is essential
  • You must have previous working experience with ARRI/Sony cameras and film equipment in general
  • Previous experience in working at an equipment rental house is desirable but not essential.

Key Skills:

  • Problem solving skills
  • Must have organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Fast learner and inquisitive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mac and computer literate
